Q: How soon after my sitting will I have access to my pictures?
A: There is a 3 week minimum for processing & editing. As soon as your sitting is ready we will contact you with your password for our online proofing. This allows you to review the photos & request custom enhancements before your disc is made. There are times when we are extremely busy & the processing time may be longer.
Q: What are my choices for printing my pictures? What exactly is covered by the reproduction release I get?
A: There are very few restrictions on how you can use or print your pictures. While we offer professional quality prints at great prices, you are free to use any lab you wish, or even print them at home! You will receive a printing release that you may need to provide to the lab you choose. This release allows you to reproduce the images however you wish, while the actual copyright is still owned by Incline Productions. You may not take credit for the images, sell reproduction rights or alter the images.
Q: Do I get disc and prints with my sitting?
A: All sittings will receive a full resolution disc of edited & enhanced images from the sitting. The Ultimate Sitting & the Newborn Gift Sitting are the only sittings that include prints. All other sittings have the option of purchasing prints separately.
Q: Can I purchase Gift Certificates and if so, do I have to purchase a certain sitting level?
A: Gift Certificates are available in any amount. You may also choose a specific sitting level and print package to create a custom bundle. We offer 2 options for delivery: after payment is received the certificate can be mailed to you, or you may provide us with the information to have the gift sent directly to the recipient. When sending directly to the recipient, we include a short letter explaining who the gift is from.
Q: How do I take advantage of the Referral Rewards Program?
A: A referral is the ultimate compliment. That being said, when you refer your family & friends to us, we would like to express our gratitude. When you recieve your disc & packet, included are business cards with special referral deals on the back. When someone you have referred turns in one of these cards at their sitting, you will bank a $5.00 off credit toward future sittings & the customer you refer will get $5.00 off their first sitting. To ensure you get credit for your referrals, please make sure you write your name in the space provided on the back of the cards. There is no limit on how many credits you can earn & your banked credits never expire! There is no limit on how many referral credits you can use for a single sitting. Yes, this means you can earn free sittings! Credits may not be used for print orders due to the extremely low prices we offer on these products.
